Growing using the Lunch CE
Since we now know that Academics [education] is the key to a successful marketing program, we need to position you to take full advantage of what the MD Program CE has to offer. The CE lunches are what positions you to become a teacher and earn the respect of the other healthcare providers in your area. Right now there is not a SINGLE profession that is out teaching the MDs about conservative spine care. It is through the grass roots level that we will reach cultural authority, not through our political organizations. I have presented to ONE MD and I have presented to 30+ it doesn’t matter, in fact, the ONE MD that I provided a 1 hour CE to all those years ago still refers regularly. Her and I still communicate…That is the power of the CE…I had enough time to sit with her and teach her about chiropractic and answer her questions. They are always very simple and it is the #1 way to generate new patients that are compliant.
When it comes to promoting the events, that is where the binder comes in…They have to know who you are and as you build the relationship the CE lunch is a natural next step…The binder also allows you to learn who is NOT interested and which offices you can build a relationship…You have no time to work with offices that are not interested in collaborative spine care…so it goes – Phone Call – Binder – Introduction – CE Lunch (done by you) – 8 hour CE presentation (done by me). Simple but all the parts are important.
